Pumpkin Flan
Sweet moments are easily shared.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups pumpkin purée
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for the syrup)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Precalienta el horno a 350 grados. 2. Add the sugar to a 9” baking pan to prepare the syrup. 3. In a blender mix the evaporated and condensed, the cinnamon , cloves and vanilla. 4. Add the eggs one by one. 5. Pour into pan with caramel. 6. Bake in water bath or baine-marie method one hour or until a a toothpick in center runs clear.
